Senior vice-president of Badve Group S. Abhyankar said, “Welding is a globally accepted method of joining the metals permanently. The Indian welding industry was dominated by low technology and scarce technological innovation. However, in recent years, the demand for automatic and semi-automatic welding electrode production machines has been rising.”

CMIA member Maithili Tambolkar said, “To remain competitive, welding electrode machine manufacturers in India must produce high-quality and unique goods. With increasing competition and lower profit margins, manufacturers must improve their service, performance, and delivery.”
