The important lesson I learned is to guard the property you work hard for. Have dating agreements, and look at contracts and title alternatives to supply you with options if you want them out or want to shop for the other birthday party. The relationship is a partnership, like in commercial enterprise, and it has its dangers, minimizes stress on yourself, and is organized at the appropriate times.
